Hello I am not getting the way to get the different URL for the thank you page in Unbounce where I have used Jotform Form

The guide where you posted the comment is for the classic layout. For our card form, please follow the steps on the following guide:

I see your form here https://www.jotform.com/form/210122721281036 is currently set to redirect to the following URL https://get.prime-environnement.fr/merci. Are you having issues making this work on your Unbounce website? Please clarify.
