    Hi all,

I'm trying to have my Signatory Application form generate a couple of different PDFs upon submission, but it seems that the two PDFs that I have setup in the PDF Editor are both sharing the same PDF filename. For each submission of my Signatory Application form, I want the Health & Safety Questionnaire PDF to output as "H&S - <Project Title> - <Principal Photo Start Date>.pdf" and the Sig App PDF to output as "Sig App - <Project Title> - <Principal Photo Start Date>.pdf". If I try to update the PDF filename on one PDF template, it also updates the other, so these two PDFs are always saving as the same filename and causing issues.

Any idea how I can have two PDFs with two different filenames being output from a single form submission? This is on my enterprise server instance.

    -Connor

    Hello,

I have cloned your form and it seems that there's a bug on the PDF settings on the PDF Editor. The filenames on the PDF Editor are updating automatically whenever I change one of the PDF documents. Yes, it should be possible for PDF documents to have different filenames since they have different settings.

I will forward this to our backend team to investigate it further and we will keep you posted for any updates here on this ticket.

Thank you for reporting this to us and for your understanding on this matter.

Any updates on this? As a work around, I've created another PDF output that combines everything from the two PDFs that I need. While this is working for now, I would definitely prefer to be able to output two or more separate PDFs from some of my forms. Thank you.

I will request any updates from them. In the meantime, can you try to clone the form, and let's see if it will make a difference on the cloned version?

You mentioned already trying exactly that in your Jan 20 response. When I view the PDF Editor for that cloned version of the form, there are two PDFs listed with the same filename, and changing the filename for one automatically updates the filename for both, they say will both attempt to save as the save filename and will fail.

    I'm sorry for the confusion.

You're right, I have tried it once again on the cloned version of your form, and the issue persists. I have requested an update from our backend team, and we will keep you posted here on this ticket.
