It is very good to see this new feature bringing 3rd party apps. But how can we trust them? Do jotform team check every single app to make sure they are not stealing information?
I have not seen any information regarding this matter.

Hi Amir, I do understand your concern about this and as far as I know we've already taken the majority of this to heart and mind. The reason I say this is because if you look at the apps you will see that we've taken the time to provide in-depth details, ratings, and feedback methods for each of the apps.
Also, since the launch of our Apps Section we've already tested a lot of these ourselves. There are still some that we have not gotten around to checking but we will before long. You will also notice over time now that our Apps are available that we have now begun to sometimes mention and even recommend these for use to do things with your forms and data that you might not normally be able to do with just JotForms by themselves.
With all that said I leave you with this note. I think it is safe to say that if you look at the Apps, App Feedback, and Ratings then you can pretty much see which ones are Popularly Trusted while Working and which ones are Not but that doesn't mean their bad unless you see alot of bad feedback about them. I also know that since we have Zero Tolerance for Untrusted Forms that are used in Phishing and Scams which we remove immediately I think that the same can be said about Apps when found if they are reported to us or if we happen to find them using this in a wrongful similar manner then they would also be removed.
Lastly, If you feel that uncomfortable about them then it is understandable but I would recommend that if that is the case then you are probably better off not using them at all. But there are measures you can take to test them as well as make sure that no harm is done such as using antivirus, antimalware, and other security blocking softwares. Ultimately though, the majority of the apps normally used will ask to access only certain information if it is a legit app and even then such information is necessary for most the apps to work since they connect between the App and your JotForm Account.
I hope this helps to shed some light on the matter. :)

In addition to my colleague explanations, I would like to add that mentioned on the article "Top 10 Apps" were written by our own developers, so you can use them safely.
Also, please keep in mind that you can remove the App access at any time by removing it from "AUTHORIZED APPS" through Account Settings API page:
