I am trying to add conditions to my email notifications and the "conditions" button does not seem to workAsked by kkoskos on October 25, 2013 at 03:41 PM
When I click the conditions button up in the toolbar to edit some of the email alert conditions I have associated with a particular form, I get a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark and an "error on page" message near the bottom left corner of my browser. Ultimately, the conditions button does not work, thus I cannot make adjustments to which person in my office will receive form submissions based on particular ways in which people complete certain fields on the form.

I'm sorry to hear this has been giving you some trouble like that. I checked your forms but I did not come across any such issue while looking around inside your Email Notification Conditions in the Condition Wizard.
If that does not help and it is still happening then can you please provide us with a screenshot if possible along with telling us which Browser/Browser Version and OS you are experiencing this problem in? In case you are unaware of how to send us a screenshot you can use Jing and either our Image Tool or a third party one such as Imgur to upload it or to copy and paste here.
I am using IE 7 (I believe) for windows XP
... when i click on conditionsd the button "moves" as if I'm going to be taken to the link, but then it doesn't end up working - image to follow

Can you please try using something more recent and maybe you might consider trying it in Chrome to see if this problem still happens on your end? Please let us know if this would possibly be acceptable for you and if so then let us know if this helps to get it working or not.
