Mailchimp Integration Issues

    I have competed the Mailchimp integration process but not all of my information is populating. When I attempt to sync the JotForm fields to those of Mailchimp, all I get is an option for email and full name. My form is structured with the name being separated into First and Last Name fields. How do I correct this issue so that all of my information translates to Mailchimp?

    Hi Russell,

    The integration would always work if you will use the Full Name field under Quick Tools:

    This issue will usually happen if you are using the text box field to separate first and last name. Unfortunately, this is the best solution I could offer so you need to change your form if you're not using the full name field. You do not need to worry for the output as the integration is designed to split the details when you receive it to Mailchimp.

    You can clone the form and do the changes and integration to the cloned version and use it instead of the original one. This way, the entries of the old form will remain untouched.


    If this is somehow an issues will other fields aside from the Full Name field, let us know. Also, kindly let us know the form fields that you are unable to map.
