    Team,

I still have lots of missing data in Salesforce. Is there a way we can find the logs of why a certain data is not in Salesforce. It can be some validation errors in SF, soem API limit exceptions in Salesforce, etc.. Right now I don't have an insight on what prevents data from getting into Salesforce.

So please help me understand where to find the logs.

To add more, in FormAssembly, there is an option to see what all happened in Salesforce during the operation. That helps us debug. Here we don't know any way to check that. Please guide.

Hi, may we know the form that is not sending the data to Salesfoce?

May we know if the form is embedded to a web page?

Can you please share the submission ID of the submissions that was not sent to Salesfoce?

To get the submission ID, you can follow this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/549-where-to-find-the-submission-id

    Looking forward for your response.

    1. The form is embedded into the web page.
    2. Most of the submissions work fine, but few of them fail. So this becomes an extra task everyday to manually check.
    3. The very recent failure is "4870419133114042652"
    4. The form name is "Regular - Get Price Quote Questionnaire - Active"

Many forms have this problem. But you did not tell us if there is a way for us to see the logs.

Thank you for the added information.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the logs in SalesFoce using the integration.

We would have to forward the issue to our back-end team to check the logs.

Can you please share all the forms and the submission ID's that is not sending the data to Salesforce?

The waiting period increases, so as the missing records.... What's the solution for this?

As of now, we have not received any updates. Let me convey your message to our backend team.

We will keep you updated on the updates.

Did you try to redo the integration to see if this fixes this?

    Thanks.

Hi Roneet and Richie, what you are saying is a workaround. I am trying to understand what the error is, which only your team can provide.

We cannot keep on redo integrations whenever there is something missing. We depend on JoTForm to push the data as per our need. If there is failure on that and if you have no idea of what goes wrong, to whom should we ask. It's almost 3 weeks since this issue is reported.

Don't you have any logs of the flow to check where it breaks?
