Can I set up four different autoreply emails (one corresponding individually to each of the four dates) based on the event date chosen by the users?

I created a single registration jotform, offering members four different event dates to choose between. Can I set up four autoreply emails (one corresponding individually to each of the four dates) that would send the zoom links for that date-specific event? Or should I set up four different jotforms in order to be able to include the specific link for each?
