    Form ID for CSS Injection

    Asked by wuichy on October 25, 2013 at 07:37 PM

    For exaemple i want to edit mi form and in the forum it says is the number that appears in the nav, so i apply this in css:

    #32982093878873 { text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.05em #333; }

    But nothing happends, i already try this same in label for example:

    #input_5 label {text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.05em #333;}

    and this one works. any suggestions?

    i think i sould add something else for example:

    #32982093878873 ul { text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.05em #333; }

    or

    #32982093878873 ol { text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.05em #333; }

    or

    #32982093878873 il { text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.05em #333; }

    well i know im missing something but i dont now what it mitgh me:

    label same

    Hi,

    Instead of using the form ID number, use its class instead.

    .form-all

    .form-all ul

    .form-all li

    Example:

    .form-all {

    text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.05em #333;

    }

    If you'd like to apply it for a specific field, use the ID. Field labels has its separate IDs.

    Example, you use #input_5 label which is not right. Use #label_5 instead. Just take the number and its underscore.
