How to add checkbox to PDF Form?

Hello

i am trying to turn my pdf into a fillable form. I’m having trouble with check boxes. What should I use in the pdf to ensure it is converted into a check box. I have tried [] but that hasn’t worked. Can you please advise? Short of building from scratch I can’t seem to find a way.

You should use the checkbox in PDF. If you are using Adobe Acrobat, you can check this article: https://www.uwec.edu/kb/article/pdf-forms-working-with-check-boxes/.

Please note that you can also create a new online form from scratch with our Form Builder. You do not need to create a PDF Form first and then import it.
