We have a HIPPA compliant JotForms account. We'd like to implement a non-HIPPA form that has an email field. Is there a way to create an email field that is intentionally NOT HIPPA-compliant in a HIPPA account?
Thanks!

Hi there,
Happy to help!
As you know, when your account is HIPAA-Compliant, all of the forms in your account automatically become HIPAA Compliant, and we cannot turn this off for a specific form.
However, you can disable the PHI on the specific form fields by toggling it ON/OFF:
Guide for reference: How-to-set-PHI-fields-on-your-forms
If you would like to create an entire form without HIPAA Compliance, you can certainly use a different account to create that form.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist further.
