    Are you blocking my email address AGAIN?

    Hi,

    Today I received an application that should have been forwarded to my email address, xgb@cox.net.  The application was never forwarded.  I tried to forward it manually, but I still haven't received it.  What's going on?  Are you blocking my email address again, for some reason?  This has happened several times in the past, and it's VERY ANNOYING.

    Hello, 

    First let me apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought you. I've verified that your email address is not on our Bounce List. Expanding on that, I have also checked our email logs and I have no been able to find any email errors. I've gone ahead and cleared your accounts form cache. Kindly test a submission of your form to see if the problem persists.

    If you continue to not receive these emails kindly check you SPAM/Junk mail folder. You can also try whitelising our domains,

    ·        amazonses.com
    ·        jotform.co
    ·        secure.jotform.co
    ·        s3.amazonaws.com  
    ·        static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

    If the issue persists, then it could be that your email service provider might be blocking emails coming from JotForm servers. If that might be the case, I suggest to contact your email service provider  In order to verify if they are blocking the emails or not.

    If all the above fails do try a different email address where we could have the server sent the emails out to (for testing purposes).
