I am wondering if someone could help me as I have received no notification email for the last 2 booking on one of our forms.
I checked the account and the email and everything works fine.
I received the notification from paypal for the payment having been received.
I wonder as the parent should have received another notification with all the joining instructions and if i haven't received the notification of booking, will they have received their joining instructions? (they are in the submission screen)
help would be great!

Upon checking your form notification I highly suggest that you fill the Sender Name section to avoid issue's receiving your email notification and if this does not work you can also try to setup Mandril here's how https://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Notification-Sender-Email-Address-with-Mandrill
To edit your notification:
1. Click on Setup & Embed | Email Alerts | Recipient-to and Recipient Settings then fill the Sender Name
