Emails on forms not submitting?

    Dear Sir or Madam,


    The forms I've been using for our website stopped sending emails to the email address designated on the "submit" button of the forms but instead sends the email to the "default" email address listed for the account.


    Could you please help explain why this is occuring?  Previous to a few months ago, the forms were behaving as expected.

    I have checked the email address under your notification settings and

    Both of them are not in the bounce list. 

    If the Sender Email address is not a big issue for you, simply choose Otherwise, you have 3 options

    1. Use the Mandrill option if you need the Email question to be shown as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Email Notifications and Autoresponders.

    2. Verify your email address if you just want to show your own email address as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Autoresponders.

    3.You can even use your own SMTP server settings for the same purpose above

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.
