    I added an option to a form after people had started using the form and it threw my columns off in the results. Can I fix this?

    Upon checking your form "Clone of Adult Commitment Form for 2013 You Are St. Ann...", I can see that all fields are out of place. I have cloned your forms and reposition them.

    Did this only correct answers in the "Worship" area? All the other areas, Hospitality, Service, and Formation looked correct

    one more thing...I see you say it is called "Clone of" I don't remember that being the name of it. Can you tell if and when someone made a copy of the Adult Committment Form? Are we working of of the same form or do I have two copies out there?

    I apologize for any confusion. It was called "Clone of" because I cloned your form using this method How to Clone your Form by Webpage. I did that so that I won't have to modify your current form during any tests earlier. This clone form is created on my end while the original form is on your end and left untouched of any modifications I had done.

    I am not following this at all. I am in great need of the results of this form. We already have the entries and I need the accurate info in the excel format now. Can you get that? I just looked at the results again and they are still not accurate. I have papaer versions that volunteers uploaded by completing the online jotform...they do not match for the formation ministries but they do for the others.

    I do not need a new form but I need the results

    the results in the excel download are shifted to the right by one column.

    To confirm we are speaking about the same thing:

    I do not need the actual form at this time.

    We are finished with submissions.

    I am concerned about the data submitted,  I am pulling from the form via the excel export.

    As you look at the excel form, the results for the FORMATION entries seem to be shifted to the right. So entries for Eucharistic Adoration Gaurdians, seem to be under the column to the left which is titled, Eucharistic Ministrers-MAss. 

    Does this make sense? 

    I think this happened because we noticed the the column: Baprismal Robe Ministry was added to the form while it was live. So some entries had been made, the choice to select Baptismal Robe Ministry was added. Ironically after that entry, all of the results are shifteds by one column.

    How can I get the 710 submissions from the clone when the clone has 0 submissions?

    Thanks for your screenshot. This is the excel file just like you requested for the cloned form.

    You may choose to download that by clicking File>Download or just hit Command+S on your Mac

    When you open that excel document the last 2 rows are filled up completely including all Matrix Table items.

    As for Row 2 I just filled the important ones and skip randomly the columns tables. You can easily be confused because of the gaps due the user has not filled them.

     

    I scanned your submission data and downloaded your excel file which contains 700+ submissions. I took the 1st 10 rows and compare it against your records on the submission page and they match completely for every field and questions.

    With the addition of "Baptismal Robe Ministry" as an addon item on your Matrix Table, all fields will really shift to the right including their values along with it.

    To prevent confusion when checking your original excel file results, please do this:

    1. Go to cell D2

    2. Click View from Excel

    3. Click Freeze Panes

    4. Click Freeze Panes on the submenu

     

    This should freeze the top row and the Left most part starting from the Last Name. This will guide greatly to avoid losing focus on the data you are rechecking. They should follow you wherever you are on the spreadsheet

    I will send you a screen shot. I am on a MAC and I do not have that option under VIEW.

    Is it accurate to say that all of the infomration in the WORSHIP Ministries columns beginning with Eucharistic Adoration is shifted? If so can I shift everything over by cut and paste?

    That still leaves one problem, no info is available for the last Worship Ministry, Sacristans? Where is that data?

    If the only item you have added to your form is "Baptismal Robe Ministry" then yes it will shift automatically including all previous values. Old submissions will have their values automatically set to blank, since it was not there when they first submitted the form.

    As for your Worshi Ministry>Sacristans I come up with 3 results only. Namely:

    In addition to my post, if should in case that you are merging old excel files to your new excel result files the easiest thing to do is to Insert a blank column between the "WORSHIP MINISTRIES >> Eucharistic Adoration Guardians" and "WORSHIP MINISTRIES >> Audio Visual Ministry".

    On this blank Column insert the records of "Baptismal Robe Ministry" it is much easier than copying and pasting all contents.

    well I am only using the excel file from after the Baptismal Robe Ministry was added.

    Is there a way to pull data from a date prior to when it was added?

    And to verify, what happen to the data when the Baptismal Robe was added? all of the columns following it shifted or old data went blank and only new data shifted to the right

    Yes you can do this.

    1. Select your form

    2. Click Submissions to enter the submissions page

     

    3. Click the Cog/Gear wheel icon

    4. Click the Drop down box labeled as "Time Frame"

    5. Choose "Custom" and set your preferred date range to be to pull in data from

     

    As far as I know that when you download the submission data from Excel, CSV or PDF as indicated on the image above, it automatically pulls in all data from all date ranges.

    To further clarify that when you added the Baptismal Robe, it does 3 things:

    1.it shifted all items after it including their values.

    2. Preserves all items and their values before Baptismal Robe

    3. It gives an empty(blank) value for old submissions for under Baptismal Robe as it was not there before at the time of submission.
