I have an interior design company where people fill out a form on JotForm and then must pay $100 for my concultation at the end of the survey. I only want them to pay once. I'm up to the subscription details part and I dont know how to fill it out. I only want to charge my customer once! How do I fill this out?

Kindly see my attachement for your reference.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for contacting us Allison.

Please notice that our Sell Products function is based on recurring subscriptions, which means that subscriptions will keep renewing each certain time, depending on the way you set it up in the payment wizard, the renew could happen Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, etc.

But if you don't wish your subscriptions behave in that way, but let the user pays only once without getting a renew certaing time, you should use the Sell Product function instead of the Sell Subscription:

Then add the product and give it a Name as your subscription:

So that your form will be like the next one and your clients will need to pay only once:

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
