    previous information staying on form - I am having people test the form and the last person could see the person befores data?

    I had two people Rick and Dave test the form. Rick went first and tested the form twice.  When Dave went to test it and opened the form Rick's data was there.  He closed and reopened and the form was blank.  What do i need to change so that won't happen again?

    Did i not give them the correct url?

    Hi,

    This glitch could be related to more than one possibility:

    If you are using the save and continue later workaround, it could be possible that you provided the second user with the link generated with the session of the number 1 user by accdient. Please check the URL given to the second user if it doesn't contain the ?session= part.

    If  both users had filled out the form using the same computer, it could be possible that the browser's auto fill function  filled out the form automaticly.

    JotForm will never provide  previously  submitted data, unless you provide the user with the edit submission link, or with the session link.

    Two different computers east and west coast -

    This is the URL from the form (i took it from the embed button)

    the provided link by is the correct, could you confirm us that both users didn't use the same email address in order to fill the first form.

    They did not use the same anything - two different people, two different computers, two different email address.

    Hi Kay,

    There seems to be a problem with the generated session URL in your forms thank you page. It doesn't capture the email address from the first form.

    Ok, this is what it shows when I tested your form:

    http://form.jotform.co/form/32653911116853?session=

    After session= there should be an email there captured from the first form but this doesn't not on work on your form. 

    I went ahead and checked your form and found out that your email variable {emailAddress} is not right. It should supposed to be {emailAddress8}. Kindly replace your email variable with this or put 8 in it in order for the prepopulation to work. This should fixed the problem.

    okay - i need way more details - which thank you form - on the intro page or the one at the end of our application?  When i look at the intro thank you page i see emailaddress8  (with the number 8)  on the other one i didnt see anything close.  please take me step by step of where i am making this correction.  Thanks - sorry that i need this step by step.

    I added the 8 to the address - i could not figure out how to get the insert/edit link  box to come up??  please if you can fix this go right ahead you have my permission.
