The Get Form Page URL widget returns the Table page's URL

Dear Sir,

I am using Get Form Page URL widget and it was using fine. When i tried to use for another form today, it works as table url.

The url redirects to Form Submission tables instead of form and doesn't work show/hide conditions with edit value.

Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that the Get Form Page URL widget returns the URL of the parent window the form is on.

So if you edit an entry from the Tables page, then the widget will return the URL of the Tables page.
