4 submissions were made and we're not getting any please help we even changed the address to see if that would make a difference and nothingPage URL:

After checking our email server logs, I can see that email was successfully delivered, could you check your SPAM folder? In order to avoid your form notifications being marked as spam, please configure your "Sender name" and "Sender E-mail" too.

After verifying the logs, It looks as though all emails are being sent out to your email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
I do see that the Sender Name is still empty, kindly select a field form the form for the Sender Name, as leaving this empty may result in having your emails rejected by your email service provider.
If the issue persists after trying this step, do also try whitelisting the JotForm's Email Domains:
Also, make sure to perofrm submission tests on your form to verify if these changes have allowed you to receive the emails in your inbox properly.
If th issue persists at this point kindly contact your email service provider to verify the reason as to why these emails are being rejected.
In Addition, another workaround you could try is to set up Mandrill (Free Service to Deliver Emails) as the deliverer of JotForm email to your inbox. This way you can bypass the email rejection that you are experiencing with your inbox.
