I am not getting email notifications for my online form- can you help?

    But they are not coming through

    First of all, let me inform you that we don't provide phone support currently, however, you can post all your questions about this issue here at this thread and will do our best to help you to resolve this issue.

    Now, regarding to your issue, I checked your form email settings and found that you have not chosen Email from the Reply-to Email option:

    So make sure to update that detail. 

    Also, checked your spam folder, it could be that the email notification has gotten there. Now, in order to resolve this issue we would suggest you to whitelist our domain names:

    (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)
