    forms are not being sent to my email

    Hello,

    The reason you are not getting any notification is that, you have not yet configured any email notification under your form.

    You can receive email whenever there are users who submitted your form when you so set-up an email notification.

    Here's the instruction on how you can activate that.

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Then Click Email Alerts

     

    Click Add New Email.

     

    Choose notification Email and hit Next.

     

    Now configure the email address where you want to receive the notification to.

     

    Once you click Next, the window of the template email will show up where you can modify the email format on how you wanted to receive the email.

     

    After setting it up, hit Finish.

    Now you will receive a notification email of your form.

    it won't let me even pull up the form let alone setup and enbed.

    Sorry, but I am having a hard time understanding your last response.

    Are you having problem logging in to your account?

    Do you have more information or say an example or screenshot that can help me visualize or understand this issue better?

    I can log in, I hit my forms and it lists insurance form, when I try to open the form so I can edit I get nothing meaning the form will not pull up. You show in your previous email that I hit set up and enbed button but I can't get that to do anything either.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    In order to resolve the issue I have cleared your forms caches, also do it from your side by following the steps in the next image: 

    Once you can access to the Setup and Embed tab make sure to follow the steps given my colleague to resolve the issue regarding to your form not being received in your email.

    However if the issue about the Setup and Ambed tab still persists, we kindly request you to open a new thread to post the issue as it is different from the original one of this thread and we will give you the proper assistance.

    I Hope you get this on time, I made a trip to (Turkey) and had my bag stolen from me with my passport and personal effects therein. The embassy has just issued me a temporary passport but I have to pay for a ticket and settle my hotel bills with the Manager.
    I have made contact with my bank but it would take me 3-5 working days to access funds in my account, the bad news is my flight will be leaving very soon but I am having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let me leave until I settle the bills, I need your help/LOAN financially and I promise to make the refund once I get back home, you are my last resort and hope, Please let me know if I can count on you and I need you to keep checking your email because it's the only way I can reach you.
