i dont understand why wont the delete features work

Every time my form is over quota. I have delete the inbox data. then need to clear cache some more. then every time need to contact Support to request to reactivate.

Please activate back. N please please please please explain to me in detail why the delete function wont function or clear the quota as what is should be. The button is uselesss!!!

Fix it now. Everytime need to contact support. me and my other friends have been reporting this issue for more than 2 years now!

The delete function only works to make room for more uploaded files, not to make room for more submissions. The counter for submissions resets every month, regardless you delete the submissions or not.

So, we give free accounts for a lifetime, but with limits, and our users are happy with it, but they are aware there is a business model we established for each line of business and needs.
