Billing.. 50% off?

Hello, I just signed up. question. I thought I clicked on a 50% off the first year link but charged me the full $29 per month? is there a promo I missed?

Why has nobody responded to this thread.. I have actually sent a response about 10 times.. but its not showing up here. I was hoping for the upgrade with the special. I literally received an email every day about a 50% of the first year upgrade.. and when i finally pulled the trigger to upgrade.. I didn't receive the discount?? please help. I am trying to upgrade the Wesleybenderhomes account. I have about 10 forms i am using
