im facing an issue about my account upgrading from economic plan to professionnal.
how should me proceed?

I've canceled the current Economy subscription, as for some reason, it will not allow to upgrade to Professional. Also, it looks like you created an extra subscription which I've refunded to you. You should see 2 refunds back to your CC 2995
So, please go ahead and log out, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and log back in. Then go to your Account Settings > Billing > choose Professional

***important, make sure you are logged into your JotForm account, and follow the picture steps in order to re-upgrade
