This should be a temporary error. I've tested a cloned version of your form, and I was not able to replicate it.
If the problem is not resolved, would you mind if we make a test submission directly on your form?

And what about the previous issue with the filled form not showing?
How do problems with internet connection manifest themselves with Jotform?

Our developers are currently working on the previous issue in this support ticket https://www.jotform.com/answers/2846027. If you have a follow-up question about it, kindly post your question on that thread.
As to the 502 Gateway Error issue, unfortunately, I could not replicate the issue on my end. I have sent a test submission to your form, and it was submitted successfully.
Could you please try using a different internet connection and see if the issue persists?
