How to create several auto-responder email for the several email fields on my Form?

Asked by nfuxion on October 29, 2013 at 03:51 PM

Hello, I just found out about this service and signed up for an account. I am looking to create an "Invite a Friend" form, where a person on my website can enter the email addresses of friends to invite to church service. They would enter the names of the friends, their email addresses, and upon clicking "submit" the friends would receive an email inviting them to church service. CAn the forms perform this task? Please let me know as soon as possible as I need to get this implemented and on the site.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Yes you can do that. However, it is a long process since there is no direct feature we have on achieveing this.

The workaround is to create manual several auto-responder emails and several email fields just like this one.

Then once you created several email form fields, you need to ceate Auto-responder email for each email fields on your form.

    For Example:

This is for the Email no. 1 (Notice the recepient Email)

Then, when you hit the next button you will see new window. It is the template of the email that the Friend's of the user will receive.

Now this is for the Second email field. (Notice the Recepient Email)

And so on.. Same process if you are planning to add more..

Here's the instruction on how you can add Auto-responder email to your form.

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Email Alerts

    3. Add New Email

    Then add an Auto-Responder Email.

Then you will be redirected on the Auto Responder settings.

As i have stated above, you need to create for each email fields. So chose one for each.

And create as much as you prefer.

If you have further question with regards to this inquiry, feel free to clarify so that we could help you further.
