How to add several signature fields to my form?

    I need to have several signatures but not sure how to set that up

    Hi, Diana. I am glad to help you today!


    You only need to search for the signature element/widget you want and apply it to your form. In the GIF below, I show you how to add signature elements/widgets to your form.

    Kindly note that some signature widgets, like DocuSign and Adobe Sign, can only be added to your form once.
