I have checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/210218178021141 and it seems you may have not setup your PayPal integration correctly.
Kindly try to connect your form with PayPal and let us know how it goes.

I thought I fixed it but it is still saying error

I see you removed the PayPal field in the form. Feel free to have it back, and let us know if you still cannot connect your PayPal account in it or if you will still get the error even if your PayPal account is already connected.
