    Getting the following error:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''lacrosse_test' (submission_id, formID, ip, fullname3, email4, newto) VALUE' at line 1

    Any ideas?

    Hi there!

It's a syntax error so there might be missing syntax symbols on your codes like apostrophe, curly braces or parenthesis. May I request you to copy the whole source provided on the page again and make sure not to omit any of the symbols. We would appreciate if you could provide the entire php script so we can check it in depth.

    Thank you!
