How to show all fields on the pdf of the submission forms.

Asked by levistrayer on October 30, 2013 at 01:51 PM

Currently, the pdf of the form submissions that go to dropbox or to submissions section of the form on JotForm only include the fields that require or request for information to be entered.  Can the pdf include the entire form including html fields and heading fields so that it shows the entire form with the completed sections.

    Hi,

Yes, that is possible. You will just need to enable or check "Show Headers and Texts" in your form submissions page.

    1. Go to your form submissions page:

    2. In your Form submission page. Click "Settings" > Check "Show Headers and Texts" box:

That's it. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks
