Cloned form sends data to Google Spreadsheet and Drive Folder of original form?Asked by mlenny on October 30, 2013 at 08:05 PM
I cloned a form that I originally had integrated with both Google Spreadsheets and Google Drive which was working fine. Now I change the title of the new (cloned) form, remove integration and then re-add the integration but the new form still submits the data collected to the original Google Spreadsheet and Google Drive folders.
Is there any way to clone or copy a form, integrate in a new instance , and send data to a new spreadsheet and drive folder?

Is your form already embedded to your website/page?
Where are you trying the submission of your cloned form?
In order to avoid this, when the form is already integrated to your website/page, and you have made several changes, we recommend to re-embed the form especially when you are using iFrame to embed it to your page.
I have cleared your form caches, please clear your browser cache and cookies aswell and test an actual submission within your JotForm account.

When people visit the embedded form and submit their info, it sends it to
the original form instead of the cloned one. What's even weirder is that it

Now when I test sumbmit to the original form, it goes to the cloned form integration and when I test submit on the cloned form, it goes to the original (even though I disabled the original).

While I test this issue in detail, it would be appreciated if you can please share both the google spreadsheet URL. Please change the access permission of google spreadsheet to public.
Just so you know, I've copy and pasted a row or two from the original sheet to the cloned sheet.

I also have them integrated with google drive and it is depositing each new submission in the wrong drive folder.

I can see that you expressed in your first message the next statement "I change the title of the new (cloned) form, remove integration and then re-add the integration" Does it means that the cloned form already had an existing Google Spreadsheet/Drive integration before you create it? If that is the case, that is an issue. The new cloned form shouldn't bring an existing eintegratin already, you are the one that needs to build the integration.
Now, in order to fix the issue please try following the next steps:
1. Remove the integrations (Google Drive and Spreadsheet) in both forms, original and cloned and save each form.
2. Clear your forms caches following the guide my colleague Guilledutra has provided.
3. Log out from your Jotform account.
5. Then, log back in and build the integrations on each form.
