    Forms are missing after saving. Very Disappointed.

    I work few hours to built two forms and i saved my projects every minutes. Everything is lost. It did not save my forms.

     

    I am very sad of that situation cause i absolutly need this for my web site.

     

    Please just explain to me why?

     

    If your site is not 100% ok please say it to me cause i need it for my business.

    Hello Samy. We apologize for any incovenience that this has caused you. I have reviewed your account and checked your IP address as well. Your IP is tied to your username "SamyTabet" and is also tied with another user which is a guest account "guest_33028036106039".

    These are the forms of the guest account:

    Can you please confirm if these are yours.

    Guest accounts are accounts that have no owner. If in situations that you create forms but forgot to login to your own account or your login session has expired, these forms will be saved and tied on a new guest account. To prevent situations like this, please check if you are logged in properly before creating any new forms.

    Please always login while enabling "Remember Me" and then signing in. This will prevent any expiration on login sessions.

     

    If the above forms are yours, please tell us so that we can immediately move it to your main account. We will wait for your reply. Thank you.
