We have received multiple complaints on one of our forms that people are not being allowed to submit it on iPads. They hit the "Submit" button and nothing happens and we receive nothing on our end. Is this a Flash issue? Is there any wrokaround?

Thanks for contacting us.
In order to resolve the issue try to reembed your form to your webpage using the iFrame code at this time, that will protect your form from any script conflict that could be happening. To know how to get the iFrame code follow the next guide: Getting the Form iFrame Code
If when using the iFrame code your form get cut off so that it does not display the whole form, just edit the height of the iframe, like in the next example:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/3302625984" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1337px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
