Submitted form is BLANK in the Dropbox

    My form is integrated with Dropbox and has 4 submissions. The latest submission (Green Bean), the pdf in dropbox is ALL BLANK. Is that a form error? Dropbox issue? Possible network or connectivity issue? Please advise. NOTE: The downloaded pdf from the response email link and the submission in dropbox BOTH contain the required content for the form.

    Hi there,

    I'm unable to replicate the issue in Dropbox integration. If it happens again then please delete the integration and check again to see if the PDFs are received correctly.

    If the issue is still present then kindly inform us here.
