Can you move sign-in box to a visible location ? Can you have the info pop-up on form builder land a tad higher?

    Howdy Folks,

Just dropping a line to let you know that I LOVE JotForm, and will refer it to others. I just have 2 suggestions about the functionality of the site... the first one is, that your sign-in box is at the bottom. That's weird, and it should be visible somewhere on the page w/o scrolling or having to look for it. The second: I dig the "info" circles that are shown on every builder button, but can you have the pop-up land a tad higher? Since your footer has to sit on the top layer, it ends up covering the contents of the info box that pops up. If the pop up can pop above the "I", then they should all land out of the footer range.

    Keep up the cool work!!

    Hi,

First off, I'd like to thank you in behalf of our team for bringing these points to our attention. Us here at Jotform appreciate all our users' suggestions, be it good or bad.

Your suggestion about the sign-in box seems well-grounded and reasonable. I am not sure if that has been requested before but I will take note of this although it is still up to our developers to decide on how the Form Builder looks like.

Your second point is well-taken. Thank you very much for bringing that up. I have submitted a ticket so that our developers will be notified about it. You can be assured it will be taken care of.

Again, thank you for your efforts. It is good to know that there are Jotform users who are meticulous and attentive as you are. If you have futher questions, please let us know.

    Hey Susan,

We are aware of the first problem and currently working on a general reconstruction around the site which will solve this as well.

About the second point, I think i got it but I'm not 100% sure. It would be great if you could provide us with a screenshot.

Edit: Ok, i just saw the screenshot (i guess) Neil provided, I'm fixing this ASAP.

    Thanks!

Thanks! It's pretty impressive to see your customer service & tech crew in action. I'm a graphic designer & also build and maintain websites. I'm always appreciative when people let me know they've encountered a problem or just have suggestions on functionality, so I make a point to provide the same service to other designers, programmers, etc.

    =)  Susan
