Unable to login

    I signed up for a jotform account using my email address geotransit@gmail.com. when I attempt to access the form, I'm receiving a "wrong username/password" error, and when I attempt to use the "forgot password" option, it states that my email address is not listed.  The form I created is listed here: http://www.jotform.com/form/11235902353

    Also, I'm still receiving communication from people who submit the form. Please advise.

    Hi,

    Sorry to say but you have not registered for an account yet. Your forms were created under 'Guest Accounts' which can only be accessed on the same computer using the same browser with the same cookies enabled.

    You would have to register for an account in order to maintain access from wherever you are. Also, you need to import the form in your guest account to your newly registered account. Note that only the form itself will be imported to your new account and not the submission entries.

    To import a form:

    1. Copy the URL of the form that needs to be cloned
    2. Log into your target account
    3. Click on "New Form"
    4. Click on "Import Form"
    5. Click on "From a Web Page" and paste the form URL
    6. Click Continue to clone your form
