I have a (required) text box on my form that I want to only allow 22 character per line and only 5 lines = 110 character in total. The problem I have is that the 'RETURN' key can be pressed as long as under 110 characters have been entered - the return key seems to act as 1 character. Is there a way to limit the total lines, including the return key being pressed so that the text box will only allow 5 lines even if 20 chracters have been enterd?
Unfortunately we do not have a direct way to perform this through the JotForm Editor. Nevertheless after a bit of research, it does seem you can manually add this functionality to the form by utilizing the form's source code.
