Still not upgraded after paying for Premium

    I upgraded to the premium package a couple of hours ago and was even billed for it but I still haven't been updated here. My account still shows a max of 100 entries. Please sort this out urgently. 

    Also I was billed twice for the upgrade even though I signed up for only a month of service.

    I have manually upgraded your account to premium.

    However, I am unable to see that you have been double charged.

    As I can see that you only have one active subscription.

    If you have been charged twice as you have seen on your billing details, can you send us the reference number or the subscription details that have been sent to your email.
