previous forms not showing

    I haven't used Jotform for a while (since Oct 2020) because all our events have been cancelled due to the pandemic. On entering Jotform today I find that all my previous forms and associated data have been erased, meaning that I shall have to recreate the one I want from scratch.

    As per checking, it seems that your account was just recently created. Could you please share the username or email address associated with your old account so we can check?
