    Dear Jotform,

    Our form shows up as disabled and we are not able to sign into our account. Can you please let us know how to proceed?

    As per checking, your account got suspended by our phishing detector due to spam. Our phishing detector may sometimes suspend an account by mistake, so I have already forwarded your account to our reviewer's team for review. We will let you know as soon as we have more information.
