Can't log in

    I forgot my password, selected the reset password link and every time I Click on the button in the email you send me, it takes me to a screen that says password link expired. I literally requested, opened email and clicked. How could it be expired? I can't get into my account. Can you please help ASAP?

    Do you still need assistance? I checked your account and it is in good status. I also can see that someone already access the account today.

    If not, please try resetting the password. Please make sure that you open the password link immediately because there's a 5-minute expiration.
