Appointment: Multiple slots were selected when they should not.

    Hi,

    One of my form is having some glitches. Some of our patients are able to submit the for with the required field. And they are getting email confirmation with a blank for appointment date and time. Also Multiple people are able to make an appointment for same time slots. This morning even though we didn't have any opening some people where able to make appointments.

    Please Help as this is creating chaos.

    I have checked your form and seems like you have some conditions to hide the appointment field, kindly make sure the submission where the field is empty didn't trigger the condition, you can do this by comparing the submission data with the conditions you've configured.

    Also, I see your appointment field currently has the slots for February 22 disabled, but on your screenshot there are some slots selected for this date, upon checking the field settings seems like the staring date is Feb 22, may you confirm the submissions were submitted today?

    The conditions are working. As you can see in the screenshot above you can see that people made multiple appointments for same time slots today. Those time slots were already filled a while back.
