HIPAA > Inbox: Only headers are showing

    We are not able to open forms, they are just showing up as shown in the attached screenshot. Please help fix this asap as we need these forms as part of patient care.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I cannot view your inbox due to HIPAA restrictions.

    I see you have at least 20 forms on your account, could you please tell us which forms you're having these issues with? We'll try to replicate the same on our test HIPAA account.
