Cancel Premium Upgrade for JotForm Account

    Hi JotForm,

    I have three forms made through this user account: simonanddiana 

    I would like to disable/cancel to premium upgrade but keep the three forms intact. How do I go about doing so?

    Hi Jessica,

    I have now cancelled your Jotform subscription. You will not be charged again. Yur account will stay premium until your paid period expires which will be on November 12, 2013.

    Your account and forms will not be affected in any way. It will remain intact even if your account downgrades to a free one.

    Feel free to re-subscribe anytime you wish. Thanks!
