I used the Multiple Choice Properties to set up different giving levels for a membership/fundraising jotform:
$35 WNNA Dues
$100 Centennial Stewardship Contribution
$250 Centennial Stewardship Contribution
$500 Centennial Stewardship Contribution
$1000 Centennial Stewardship Contribution
Other Amount (user defined)
The "Other Amount" field, when populated by a custom $ amount, does not show up in the total from the Form Calculator Wizard. I suspect I need to somehow add it to the Options or further define the Calculation Value for the "Other Amount" field maybe with some sort of conditional statement? Please advise.

Hello There!
After checking the form id https://www.jotform.com/form/210275961025148 I can confirm that has been disabled.
Please re-enable the form, so we can check the calculation values, or provide us with the affected form ID/URL.

Hello There!
I already fix the issue, I just remove the $ symbol from the Other amount field. Now is working: https://form.jotform.com/210316789873163.
Regards.
