Jotform Appointment Field :: This page isn't working error

    I don't see that I can choose to change the email recipient based on how the Appointment field is filled. So, I have tried showing one Appointment field or another based on how another drop down field is selected. However, the second appointment field is not working. It keeps saying the appointment time is not available.

    "This page isn’t working is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500"

    The Conway Appt is a clone of Bedford, so all slots should be available right now. I just want to notify a different email address based on either which appts are taken or the location from the Dr office drop down.

    I have cloned your form and was unable to recreate the issue (Incomplete Value) from my end. Would you allow us to do a test submission on your form?

    I don't see that I can choose to change the email recipient based on how the Appointment field is filled.

    Could you kindly clarify further on the condition you would like to use?? Would you like it to be 1-3PM with Bedford, 3-6PM with Conway, or would you like based on the user's selection on the field: Which doctor's office location do you frequent most often?

    Kindly elaborate further with us.

    Yes, you can test submit on our form.
    I don't have the exact schedules of the team, yet, but ideally, the email notification would trigger on when the appointment is chosen. However, the doctor's office location I think will work as a backup option.

    I'm sorry about the issue you have encountered. I tested and sent the test submissions directly to your form. I was able to recreate the issue. That's why a ticket has been created and escalated to our developer team. We cannot provide an ETA on the issues fixed. However, you will be notified when it's fixed via this thread.
