    Hello: I do the website for a state park volunteer group. I need a page form that multiple volunteers can click a field and type their name, date and the status of a project, then click SAVE and have the information they typed be visible to everyone in the group who views the page.

    Do you have a form like that?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    You can use JotForm Tables for sharing your submissions with others. I created a test form for you. You can clone my form and customize it for your needs.

    You can find my test form below;

    https://www.jotform.com/210321146195042

    To clone an existing form;

    1. Click on the New Form selection

    2. Select the Import Form selection

    3. Select the From a web page option

    4. Enter the URL of the form

    5. Click the Continue button

    You can also check our user guide below;

    How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

    After receiving submissions you can share your JotForm Tables with others;

    You can use the Share button on the right-hand side of the screen to share your Tables page with others.

    Please follow these steps,

    1. In the JotForm Tables page, click the Share button.

    2. Click the Share Settings and select Private Table, so that only the invited people can view your tables. Also, you can select between Read-Only or Collaborator as the default role of the invitation link.

    Read Only: Invited users can only view data.

    Collaborator: Invited users can view & edit the data - not the table settings.

    3) Finally, you can use the Generated Link to invite the others or use the Invite by Email feature to invite others.
