My Forms are no longer sending notification to my e-mail address

    My jotforms stopped sending to my email last month, even when I log into JotForm and forward them they will not go. I can send them to another account but not to: ???

    I have checked the trash and bulk mail and they are not showing up there either???


    Please help me find the problem, we need these forms for our business.

    I have removed your email from the bounce list.

    Please refer to this guide to prevent this issue to happen in the future.

    Kindly try the test email and let us know if problem persists.
