Reached Forward Submission Limit

    I am trying to forward a submission and I am getting a message that I have reached my limit.  I followed the user guide and checked what limites I have set up and it says unlimited.  Please let me know how to make sure I can forward submissions as I have only used it once so far.  Thank you!

     

    I tried to upload a screen shot but do not know how to save it as a .jpg file

    Hi Anthony,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards on your query, we have hourly limits on the number of submissions replies or forwarding. We had to do this to avoid spammers abusing this feature to send spam using oue server.

    I've encountered the same issue, but that was hours ago.  When will it refresh and allow me to forward submissions again?

    Hi @spiritlawyer, @labarnhart,

    "Reach your limits" error is not related to the account's submission limits, it is set for the forwarding the submissions. For free accounts the limit is 2 forwards per hour, that's why you are receiving that message. So, if you wait one hour, it will be back to normal.

     

    Also, please make sure that you have disabled the "Unique Submissions". Below, you will find the guide about how to do it:
