Form navigation

    Hi there,

    We are currently running a readership survey and I have users reporting that they can't navigate through the form - which I have also found. We have 91 responses to date so it seems either a temporary issue or something else has happened to prevent use of the form?

    The next question arrow button comes up but you can't click on it. Previously it automatically scrolled to the next question.

    I had been on the free plan but have just upgraded to bronze but no change.

    Help!!

    Hi iStart2020,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I've cloned and tested your form and It is working now. We had an issue with the next button on the card layout. It has been resolved by our developers. Please check and let us know if the problem still persists.

    Thanks Grace - it appears to be resolved...

    Now for the grovelling apologies - at least I have somewhere to apportion blame ;)
