Card Forms: Next button is not working if Appointment field is required

    Good morning

    The next button on a very important form has suddenly started greying out after the very first screen, preventing the user from continuing. It was working fine last night, after some small changes which should have no effect which I made yesterday afternoon. I tested the form after changing it, and everything worked fine. It was used last night (well after my changes) with no problems. Suddenly, this morning, nobody can use the form.

    I have tried clearing the cache on both my account and browser, tried reverting to aw previous version (reverted back after it was doing the same thing, even though that version did not have the same problem), and now I am out of ideas. This is a very important operational form for us, so your urgent attention would be much appreciated. It is not embedded on a website, we use it straight from the share link.

    We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. The problem is now fixed. It was a back-end related issue but it was quickly resolved by our team. Your forms should work fine now as usual.

    Thanks so much for the quick reply - this is a heavily used and very important form for us. I will get the crew to test it and revert here if we are still struggling!

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I'm able to replicate the issue. The issue is related to the Appointment field. If it is required the Next button will not work. I will report this issue to our developers. If there is any update, we will inform you here.

    That seems strange, as jy has never been an issue before on this form which has been in use for quite some time with the appointment widget required.

    It is an issue on our end. We will inform you via this thread, once this issue is resolved.

    For now, until the issue is resolved, you can disable the required field option for the Appointment field, to allow your users to submit the form.

    Your developers resolve the issue with the Next button on your form.
